According to Rachel Naomi Remen, M.D., “Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.”
I love this quote (that’s why I keep sharing it). The more I immerse myself in the practice of Reiki, the more I learn about letting go. It fills me with so much gratitude when I see the post-session smiles on my clients’ faces, their glowing skin, and the sparkles in their eyes.
Regardless why or how Reiki came into your life or onto your radar, it’s always an invitation to relax. An invitation to pause, become present, and get (back) in touch with yourself… quite literally.
When I tell people that they can practice Reiki on themselves, many look surprised. Whether you’ve been curious about hands-on healing on the self, Reiki self-care, or have been receiving or practicing Reiki for a while, I have an invitation for you:
This information (especially that relaxation is not a luxury and that all that you need iin your hands) is so important to me that I want to share it far and wide. Together, we’ll practice the basic hand positions for hands-on healing on the self, a meditation for grounding & centering as well as have time for questions and talk for a bit. Is this something you’d be interested in? If yes and your schedule permits, you can reserve your spot, right here.
