Unlike massage or acupuncture, treatment is not only physical. Reiki works with your body, mind and spirit all at the same time – even from a distance. Sessions help promote relaxation, stimulate the body’s innate healing response, and support personal development.
PEOPLE TURN TO VIRTUAL SESSIONS WHEN
WHAT TO EXPECT
During a virtual session (duration: 50 min.) we will connect via Zoom.
We’ll start with a short conversation, before I invite you to lie down comfortably on your couch or bed.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you need to unwind, calm down your nervous system, release, or help you clear perceived blockages.
Sessions may include breathing, meditation and mindfulness techniques as well as guided hands-on-healing on the self. Using what is referred to as a distance healing technique, I will connect with you energetically the whole time.
HOW MANY SESSIONS?
While one session can bring relief and improvement, the benefits of Reiki are cumulative: each session builds on the work accomplished in the previous session(s).
It is recommended to start with three sessions, with additional sessions spread out over time. Most clients like to continue their sessions once a month for maintenance.
