Clarity & Support Session
A space to slow down and step out of overthinking, to help you reconnect with your body.
During our time together, we focus on what’s present for you… whether it’s a question, a challenge, or something you’re moving through. Through conversation and gentle, Reiki-based practices, you’ll have the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

As your attention shifts from the mind back into the body, a more grounded sense of clarity can begin to emerge; without needing to force or figure everything out.
This is not about receiving answers or direction. It’s a space that supports you in connecting your mind, heart, and body, so you can listen more closely to what feels true for you and connect with your inner sense of self.
This work is a process. While a single session can offer space and perspective, meaningful shifts tend to unfold over time, with continued attention and practice.

Each session is designed to support your self-agency. You’ll have space to reflect, along with simple tools, such as grounding practices and Reiki self-care techniques, that you can continue to use on your own.
Sessions are held via Zoom.
