This can cause a lot of stress for a person. To navigate the ups and downs of life more gracefully, we need resilience, a skill that can be learned, honed, and strengthened, especially when we take personal development and spirituality as a starting point. The precepts of the practice of Reiki provide us with simple guidelines that have been used in many spiritual and religious practices for centuries.
Each week, we will work with a different precept, explore its meaning in our lives, and walk away with easy-to-use tools to strengthen ourselves from the inside.
