Reiki is a spiritual practice from Japan that is based on mindfulness tools & techniques and touch. The translation of the word Reiki, which is two Japanese kanjis combined into one, means “life force energy” or “spiritual energy”.

How many sessions?
Reiki works best accumulatively over time: Each session builds on the work accomplished in the previous session(s). Try several sessions, at least three, before you decide if Reiki is right for you.
