    Reiki is universal life force energy that supports the body's innate relaxation and healing abilities. The focus of my work is to help you access and strengthen this energy within yourself.

    People turn to Reiki to promote overall health and well-being or during challenging times. Experience an in-person Reiki session at my office in White Plains, N.Y., for yourself.
