    Michael A., Yonkers, N.Y.

"Being in a Reiki session has given me a chance to take time to get my mind off of work and people that make me anxious. Nowadays people do not take the time for themselves in order to let go of stress. I have been stressed so much because of school assignments. When I am in a Reiki session, I let go and think about how nature takes me to a peaceful place. Andrea's soothing voice along with her music playlist take you deep into a calm, peaceful and quiet space. I look forward to attending more Reiki and Mindfulness sessions at the Yonkers Crestwood Branch Library."
